RAHYAAB — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the RAHYAAB Android application and related services. By creating an account or using RAHYAAB, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. ABOUT RAHYAAB
RAHYAAB helps users discover Masjids, view administrator-published prayer timings and events, use location and Qibla features, suggest Masjid information, and access donation-related services where enabled.
Masjid information is published or reviewed by the RAHYAAB administration. Information can change, and users should independently confirm time-sensitive information when necessary.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must notify RAHYAAB if you believe your account has been compromised.
Users below 18 may use donation or other financial features only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not:
- submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, hateful, obscene, or infringing content;
- impersonate another person, Masjid, trust, society, administrator, or authority;
- submit a Masjid location or contact information you know is incorrect;
- attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, payment controls, or security safeguards;
- scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse the service;
- upload malware, private documents, unrelated personal images, or content that violates another person's privacy;
- use RAHYAAB to facilitate fraud, unlawful fundraising, or any prohibited transaction.
4. MASJID INFORMATION AND USER SUBMISSIONS
A Masjid suggestion does not become public automatically. RAHYAAB may review, verify, edit, reject, merge, suspend, or remove submitted information.
When submitting information, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. Photos should show the Masjid and should avoid faces, vehicle numbers, identity documents, and unrelated personal information.
RAHYAAB may retain an audit record of changes and moderation decisions for safety, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
5. PRAYER TIMINGS, EVENTS, QIBLA, AND LOCATION
Prayer timings, Jamaat timings, events, distances, directions, and Qibla information are provided for convenience. Device sensors, location accuracy, connectivity, administrator updates, and local conditions can affect results.
Users should confirm important timings and directions with the relevant Masjid. RAHYAAB is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on outdated, incomplete, or device-generated information where reasonable care has been taken.
6. DONATIONS AND PAYMENTS
Donations may be made to RAHYAAB or to a selected Masjid where the feature is enabled. The recipient and purpose shown in the payment flow control the intended beneficiary.
Normal in-app donations are limited to ₹9,000 per transaction. For a larger donation, contact RAHYAAB.
Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. A donation is treated as successful only after server-side payment confirmation. A pending screen, order creation, or client-side message is not final proof of payment.
Receipts are issued only for confirmed transactions and contain the recipient and transaction information recorded by the server. Tax treatment, if any, depends on the recipient's legal eligibility and applicable law. Users should obtain professional tax advice where needed.
7. REFUNDS, REVERSALS, AND FAILED PAYMENTS
Refund requests are subject to payment status, recipient rules, payment-provider processes, applicable law, and review by the RAHYAAB administration. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
Bank, UPI, card, or payment-provider processing times may apply. Duplicate, failed, reversed, or disputed transactions may require verification before action is taken.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
RAHYAAB may use Google authentication, map or navigation applications, cloud infrastructure, payment providers, email services, and other third-party services.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. RAHYAAB is not responsible for a third party's independent service, availability, or decisions, but will use reasonable care when selecting and integrating providers.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The RAHYAAB name, logo, design, software, original content, and related intellectual property belong to RAHYAAB or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. You grant RAHYAAB a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, moderate, and display that content as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.
10. PRIVACY
Personal data is handled in accordance with the separate RAHYAAB Privacy Policy available in the app. Android permissions should be granted only when you wish to use the relevant feature.
Never send passwords, UPI PINs, card CVVs, payment OTPs, or similar secrets to RAHYAAB support.
11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
RAHYAAB may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Masjids, payments, security, legal compliance, or platform integrity. Where appropriate, RAHYAAB may request additional verification or provide an opportunity to clarify an issue.
You may stop using the app at any time. Account deletion or data requests are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.
12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
RAHYAAB may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Maintenance, network issues, device limitations, security events, or third-party outages may temporarily affect service.
RAHYAAB may update these Terms when features, providers, laws, or operating practices change. The latest version will show its updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
13. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION
RAHYAAB will use reasonable care to operate and secure the service. The service is nevertheless provided subject to availability and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, RAHYAAB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by third-party outages, user-provided misinformation, device sensor limitations, unlawful user conduct, or events outside reasonable control.
14. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss caused by your unlawful use of RAHYAAB, deliberate submission of false information, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over the RAHYAAB operator will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or dispute-resolution rights under applicable law.
Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact RAHYAAB so the issue can be reviewed and resolved where possible.
